Equipment, when properly used, is a great training tool. All athletes should be prepared for each practice with clothes for dryland (worn over their swimsuit), closed-toed shoes or sneakers, practice equipment and a water bottle for proper hydration.
As athletes move through the program, their equipment needs will change. Below you will find a list of equipment necessary for maximum participation in each training group.

Kickboards and pull buoys are reliably available to use/borrow during practice at the facilities where we practice. Each athlete in a group that utilizes fins should aim to have their own set of fins, as these are more limited to borrow during practice.
